About Working Voices

Working Voices is a web based project that addresses 10 important human rights dates from the perspective of workers. Working Voices describes the relevance of important human rights dates using the voices of workers from equity-seeking communities – workers who are most impacted by the issues a particular date represents will be central to the project. The project will be a strong demonstration of the Canadian labour movement’s solidarity with the aspirations and achievements of equity seeking communities, who increasingly make up the majority of the labour force.
